Innovations in Service Science and Technology accomplishes a distinctive role in the developments of the field of technology management and innovations for service disciplines. Accordingly, the objective of this book series is to provide an insight into the concept of services, their delivery channels and platforms, as well as management issues of service systems within digital-age economy.
