Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout based on shipping location and the weight of your order. Charges for standard shipping starts at £2.26 excluding tax.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please contact our customer service team with your invoice number to cancel all or part of your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you can cancel the order provided that you return the item(s) upon receipt by you and in the original condition at your cost.
Can I return my order?
Yes, providing the item you wish to return is in its original condition, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be made at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged, defective or was sent in error.

Account registration

In order to purchase through the Emerald Bookstore, you will need to register as a new customer.

If you have previously registered, you can login to your account as a returning customer with your username and password.

How to order

Simply add the items you would like to purchase to the shopping basket using the “add to basket” buttons on each of the product pages.
To view the items in your basket, click on the “my basket” link in the top right hand corner. Here you will be able to make alterations, delete items, or checkout.
Follow the on screen instructions to add a shipping and billing address, select your postage option, enter your payment information and confirm your order.
