Mohd Ridza Mohd Haniffah is a Lecturer at the Department of Water and Environmental Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and obtained Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from UTM and Dphil in Engineering Science from Oxford University.
  Sobri Harun is Professor in Water Resources Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a panel member of Malaysian Quality Assurance Agency, member of IAHR and IAHS, guest editor of Journal of Water and Climate Change and an editorial board member for Malaysian Construction Research Journal.
