To view full details of the items in your basket click on 'Your Cart' or 'View Cart'. From this page you can change quantities and remove items from the cart. If you want to buy the items in your cart straight away, click on 'Checkout'.
Once you are happy with the items in your cart, please click on 'Continue to order'.
If you are a returning customer you will be asked to sign in here; if you are a new customer, you will be asked to register. You will need to enter your e-mail address and set a password (and password reminder) in order to do this.
If you are a returning customer who chose last time to have your details saved, all you need to do now is select a shipping option for your saved delivery address, click 'Continue to order'; then enter your credit card verification code (which, for security, is never saved) and click 'Continue to order'. Then check all the details of your order (if you need to change anything, click any of the 'Edit' buttons next to the component you need to change) When you're happy with everything, click 'Place order now'
If you are a new customer, you will need to fill in billing address, shipping address (which you can copy from billing address with a single click), shipping option (see delivery charges), and credit card details. In Options and Preferences, you will also be able to determine whether your details are saved for your next visit, and whether you wish to be contacted for marketing purposes. It is here that you can also request your order to be gift wrapped.
You can save multiple shipping addresses and credit card details by simply entering a new address or new credit card details as required. At your next visit you will have the option to select from previously used details.
Once you have set up an account by ordering a book, your account details will be kept securely on our system if you have chosen for us to do so. All you need to do is click on 'your account', and then log in by entering your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on 'E-mail reminder' to receive your password reminder or 'E-mail replacement' if you don't have a reminder or if it fails to remind you of your password.
When you get into the Account page, you can edit or delete saved billing and delivery addresses, credit card details and you can change options and preferences.

We accept payment by the following credit cards:
As well as card type, you will need to fill in your credit card number, expiry date, and the name and address of the card holder.
We also accept payment by Maestro (debit card)
As well as card type, you will need to fill in your card number, name and address of the card holder, expiry date, and, if you have one, start date and issue number.
(NOTE: Some Maestro cards may not have a start date or issue number. If yours doesn't, don't worry, simply leave this field blank.)
Return for credit:
No books will be credited within three (3) months or beyond twelve (12) months of original invoice date with the exception of imperfect copies.
All books returned for credit must be accompanied by invoice information (original invoice number, date, and purchase price). Books received without such documentation will not be accepted.
Condition of books:
Books returned for credit must be in re-saleable condition with price stickers, prices etc. removed. Stickered books will not be credited.
Out-of-print titles or old editions:
We will accept books that are out of print or superseded by a new edition for return for three (3) months after being placed out of print or superseded by the new edition
Carriage costs:
Returns will be made at the customer’s expense except in the case of books sent in error.
Books received outside of the returns policy:
Books that fall outside the returns policy may be returned to the customer or disposed of after three (3) months following consultation with the customer.
